2. Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions govern all services relating to industrial and intellectual property support and management offered by Le Conseillex.

By accepting a quote, signing a contract, or using our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

3. Our Services

We offer, among others:

• Support with the filing and protection of trademarks, patents, designs, and models;
• Assistance in managing industrial property rights;
• Monitoring, opposition, and litigation services in IP matters;
• Legal and business support and consulting.

Each service is subject to a proposal or a detailed quote outlining the scope, price, and terms.

4. Pricing and Invoicing

Our prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), excluding taxes and administrative fees (OMPIC, CNDP, taxes, or court fees).

A deposit may be required at the time of order. The balance is payable according to the terms specified in the quote or invoice.

In case of late payment, late fees will be applied automatically in accordance with applicable law.

5. Execution Deadlines

We undertake to perform the services within the timeframes indicated to the client. However, these timeframes are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on administrative, regulatory, or technical constraints.

6. Client Obligations

To enable the proper execution of our services, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Submit all required documents within the agreed deadlines.
• Comply with the payment terms.

7. Liability

Le Conseillex acts as a business advisory firm and undertakes to provide its services in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

Our liability cannot be incurred in the event of:

• Incorrect information provided by the client,
• Delays or refusals by the administration (OMPIC, court, CNDP, etc.),
• Force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

All documents, studies, templates, contracts, and content provided by Le Conseillex remain its exclusive property. They may not be reproduced, used, or transmitted without prior written authorization.

9. Termination

The client may terminate the service with 15 days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, services already performed remain payable.

Le Conseillex reserves the right to terminate any assignment in the event of serious breach by the client (non-payment, fraud, refusal to cooperate).

10. Personal Data Protection

We comply with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data. For more details, please consult our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Tangier.
